Emerson visited her Great Grandpa Da and Great Grandma Marge for the first time. Grandma was admitted to the hospital for surgery the day that Emerson was born. So we took a trip over the hump to visit them. My dad made homemade chicken noddle soup and rolls for lunch. It was so good to visit and to watch my grandpa hold Emerson. It was so sweet. She spit up for the first time while we were there and of course it was the one time that I did not have back up clothing! My dad was frustrated because I had to wash and dry Emerson's clothes before we could drive home.

Congratulations! She is so pretty. When we come down again we need to hook up, I would love to see Miss Emerson. I love her name. They are so fun. Take lots of pictures everyday, they change so fast. Going places isn't as much fun anymore, you are constantly worried about feedings, is she going to cry, blow outs, ahh it is just easier to stay home.

I know! Time flies once you're not pregnant... haha! Pregnancy seemed to drag on especially towards the end! Yes of course we will be there at grandpas party! I'm soooooo excited to see you guys! Kind of nervous to travel.... its our first road trip! Wish us luck! Hahaha!
