Christmas Morning

We were up all night finishing Christmas presents and giving Emerson Pedialite every few hours. We got to bed around 5:30 am Christmas morning. We woke up at 8 with Emmy still so sick. My mom and dad were extremely sick with colds, Brad sick with a cold and Drake and I just plain tired. My dad made waffles we ate and headed back to bed. I was so sad to miss the annual Christmas breakfeast at my Grandmas. Emmy got a train from santa. Still a little too small for it but very fun. We didn't open presents at the house until 5:30 and Emmy was asleep. It was kind of a depressing Christmas; No decorations, Drew, Heather and Aurah were in Minnesota, and everyone was sick. Emmy woke up a little happier and opened her gifts from everyone. She got her first doll, books, bath toys, new outfit, Christmas dress, and a new learning video from us. Grandma and Grandpa gave her a cute outfit and a large learning ball. Aurah gave her a fun ball that lights up. Aunt Jen gave her a cute plaid jacket and a bracelet. Grandma Cheryl and papa Richie gave her lots of Clothes,books and bath toys. The Roses gave her the cutest blue tennis shoes with a cute yellow shirt and jeans. We had a nice dinner with all of my moms family. Thank you everyone for all that you do for us. We are looking forward to a new year. Merry Christmas.
